When booking a colour/extension appointment, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit prior to your appointment. If booking online, the system will prompt you to pay before you're able to complete the booking. You're able to pay via credit card. If booking through myself, you're able to drop off cash or send an e-transfer.
If you're unable to attend your appointment and cancel more than 24 hours in advanced, you will not be charged a fee.
If you're unable to attend your appointment and cancel less than 24 hours in advanced, you will need to pay a cancellation fee as it's hard to fill your appointment slot. This will need to be done before you're allowed to book another appointment.
If you're unable to attend your appointment and do not cancel/contact me to cancel, you will need to pay 50% of your service. It's extremely difficult to fill an appointment without notice. This will need to be done before you're allowed to book another appointment.
